Description

The Winter Internship Program at MarkAny GaneshaIT is an intensive, short-term internship designed for high-performing students who are eager to explore advanced topics in computer science and gain hands-on industry experience. Interns will be involved in real-world software development and research projects, working closely with experienced engineers and researchers in an international environment. This program also serves as a talent pipeline, where exceptional interns may receive full-time employment offers upon graduation.

Responsibilities

• Participate actively in software development and/or research projects, depending on the assigned role.
• Assist in designing, implementing, testing, and improving technical solutions in areas such as Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, or LLM-based Security systems.
• Collaborate with team members in a multidisciplinary and international work environment.
• Communicate technical progress, findings, and challenges clearly to mentors and stakeholders.
• Learn and adapt to MarkAny GaneshaIT's engineering standards, tools, and development culture.
• Support project documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements

• Expected to graduate in 2026 from Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Strong foundation in programming and core computer science concepts.
• Prior experience in software development, cybersecurity, machine learning, or technical research is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Comfortable working in a professional setting and interacting with international partners, including senior leadership.
